Shipping policy

Order preparation

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing can vary during weekends, public holidays, product launches, or unusually busy periods.

Delivery charges and estimates

Available delivery methods, charges, and estimated delivery timeframes are shown during checkout before payment. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees because carrier and customs delays can occur outside our control.

Order updates

Order updates are sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking is provided when it is made available by the delivery service.

Address accuracy

Please check the full delivery address before placing the order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once fulfillment has started, an address change or interception might no longer be possible.

International charges

Import duties, taxes, or handling charges may be collected by local authorities or the delivery service. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, those charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed, missing, or damaged parcels

Use the Contact page and include your order number. For visible damage, photographs of the parcel and item help us review the issue with the fulfillment or delivery provider.

Returns and refunds

Return requests

Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back. Include the order number and the reason for the request. Returns sent without approval may not be identifiable or accepted.

Return condition

The item must be returned in the condition received, with the original packaging and all included parts. Items showing misuse, avoidable damage, or excessive wear may not qualify for a full refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect the order after delivery and contact us promptly if the item is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Include clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed without unnecessary delay.

Return delivery costs

Where a return is caused by an incorrect, damaged, or verified defective item, we will explain the available resolution. For change-of-mind returns, return delivery costs are normally the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, or after another agreed resolution is confirmed. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop the order before fulfillment begins, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has started.

Follow the product guidance and test unfamiliar surfaces in an inconspicuous area. Shedwell is intended for compatible dry fabric surfaces and should not be used where it may snag, mark, or damage delicate material.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Shedwell is not responsible for indirect loss, misuse of the product, or delays and events outside reasonable control.
